Tregonning Solar Farm Information Evening

Thank you to everyone who attended the event on Wednesday, and to the members of St Newlyn East Parish Council who met with us earlier in the day, it was good to meet you all! As explained in the event, we expect to start onsite in around 4 weeks time, towards the end of April. Initially, we will be doing some ground and drainage works, and will expect deliveries of stone and gravel, as well as plant machinery.

I am attaching the presentation here for anyone who didnt get the chance to join us.

Thank you so much for all the local knowledge around the road systems and events. We will build this into our preconstruction discussions. As we explained, we will move forward with the Traffic Management Plan agreed by Cornwall Council, but this can be built upon if issues arise, and we will always try to accommodate access locally. Should changes become necessary, we will liaise with Highways to request permissions and keep you informed of changes.

We are looking forward to working with the local communities around site and as Lisa explained, we will be back soon to talk about the cable route section of works.
